Yawn. Sorry, but ANOTHER picture of that flag? Replace the flag with any other piece of material and does it make a good picture?
Try doing something with it, if you must capture it... something different, provocative, interesting. To take a picture of a flapping rag against a blue sky merits no photographic skill or artistic flair.
