This is after I altered it with the blur tool and erased the wisp of hair with the background.

It made a tremendous difference!

I can only suggest that you try to smooth out a few angular bumps in the hair where you did your work.

Hi, Lorraine:

I just noticed a slight colour difference in the black background around the girl's arm, chest, and face. You may wish to go in and paint these areas black with a very soft edge brush. Zoom in to a very high magnification and get as close as you can to the skin.
