Nice work Shawn ! you can increase the distance between model and the background. That way it'll look more pleasing with diffused background.

I agree with Jimmy about getting her away from the bg.
My other comment is in regard to her neck.
For this type of pose you need to be higher than your subject to bring the eyes up more towards you without having to cran her neck so much & have her turn her shoulder just a little more towards you.
With her neck cocked so much you have created a very harsh & unflattering wrinkle in the neck. She's obviously not fat but the angle makes her neck appear so.
