Teresa's House

Uploaded: October 28, 2006

Description

I recently took some photos of a friend's home for her. She wanted something a little different, this is what I gave her. This is my first real attempt with a collage in PS7. I've played around a bit, but this was a serious attempt. Any pointers, I'll accept them - happily! :) All shot in natural, overcast daylight.

Hello Brenda,

The PS7 works looks pretty good over all for an first reall attempt. You asked for pointers, so I'll add my to cents.
You should try to keep your photo the same distance from the stroke line you have acound the group. You can look at my gallery at the " Here Kitty, Kitty.. " I have posted. That will give you an dea. I made that using PS CS2.. You can try a colord background too to put your images over. I also think that you shold have either used all the same opasity ( spelling ) for all the photos.. or.. used the photo of the whole house as the background in the dim mode and put the other inages on it in a line. That is just my opionin. Keep playing with PS, you will get new ideas allof the time.. Have fun,

Thanks for the pointers Robert. I have a lot to learn in PS7 so any help is appreciated. I did another one of their house that turned out better. http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=154820688 this is my myspace page and it is on page two of the pics. I just looked at it and I still didn't get my distance equal from the edges like you suggested, but I did like the overall effect better.

Thanks again! #4049819
