I think this picture should be a 2nd place runner up. The focus and lighting are excellent. It almost looks like a dream captured on film. #206925

Tony, I am a high school band director in Saluda, SC. I'm thinking about using your photo in our next year's marching band show as a backdrop. Is this possible and how would I go about doing it? #6097448

Exquisite image, Tony, marvelous colors, tones, POV, sense of place and stillness - WOW!

I'm guessing this was a 15-30 second exposure- do you remember approximately how long?

Thanks, Debby. This was shot a little while ago using Fuji Velvia (film), metered at 2 minutes and shot at 4 minutes, adjusted for reciprosity. #6105188

Thank you, Tony!

I certainly was way off on this, but it's a great lesson! I'm adding this image to my favorites, to return and study it.
