Remembering 9/11

Description

In the dust from the 9/11 attack in NYC, at ground zero, there were shoes, coated with dust. For each shoe that would never again contain the foot of its owner, I lay a rose today, remembering. For each victim that would never walk those streets again, today, remembering, I lay a rose.

Still on the road, still limited access, so sorry.

Love this image Mary. I too posted a tribute. Two weeks ago I visited a fire station to take some photos. My favorite was the firemen's boots with the pants ready to step into and pull up to save time. I thought that would be a fitting memorial for 9/11. Kathy in NH #3295977
