It looks cold Donna, too cold to be outside unless of course you are a photographer...lol

I like the shadows that the corn husk are casting on the snow. #88545

Go in the house! You will freeze IT!!
(IT is her camera, guys)..
Love this shot!! You are nuts to be out in zero weather even if you do live in New Jersey. #337013

This one has a great stark quality to it, Donna. #337034

Hi Carolyn, IT did freeze and condense. NOW IT has spots on the images again like last year. Now I have to take IT to get it's spots removed.I put IT in a bag to warm up in but it didn't work again.
Does anyone have any suggestions for warming up a camera to prevent condensation so the images don't have small spots? #337056

...THANKS DONNA & Kathleen,for the comments!! #337062

You boogie girl :0) Nice shot Donna! I really don't know any way to avoid the condensation problem--sounds like what you are doing should help a lot. But if there is any dust in the camera the moisture will make some spots. We have the opposite problem here in the summer going from cold A/C into really hot and humid weather outside. I use the clone tool in PS when the spots are too noticeable. #337215

Ncie clear clean edged shot Donna. Nice clarity and color. Nice job! #337236

Thanks Murry: It's hard to avoid dust expecially when I'm in the house. The forced hot air heat doubles as a dust making machine.

I was told by the people at the canon factory never to remove it myself. They said to bring it back as soon as it appears and have it removed saftly by them. They referred to dust and condensation removal as preventative maintence..

I do use the clone tool until the dust & condensation get too obvious. Thanks!! #337299

I like the ground-level perspective in this shot, Donna, it lends a nice sense of depth and great exposure from that cool, clear light! #337927

Very well done Donna! You have raised a very good point as well. Prev Maint is something that we all should be thinking about, especially SLR owners! Jeff #338523
