Busy Bees

Uploaded: August 31, 2006

Description

This was actually quite fascinating to watch. I learned about the mating ritual of the bees in science class, but this was nothing like what the teacher talked about :-) The Queen Bee (obviously the larger fo the two) was about 1 1/2 inches long, while the male was less than 1/2 inch long. He is so small that you actually have to look to find him below the queen's posterior.
