I think this is a nice photo, but could have been better if the tree on the right was slightly more in focus and placed a little more to the right (away form the girl).
Hate to sound picky but I find the right-hand tree slightly annoying and harsh.
It's also not quite the rule of thirds (girl should be a little more to the left). #631309

John,
I agree with Roy. I would like to add that a reflector would have added a nice touch to bring some warm light into her face and adding a catch light in the eyes. Nice composition. In a situtuation where there is a lot of bachgound clutter, open up and use a very short depth of field. If you have photoshop you could go in an blur the tree behind her.
