Shelly, I usually apply a skin softener (such as DCE) to my portraits but on this one I added Harry's Filters/Blurry Painting (which I just discovered this use of it yesterday). I had to adjust the sliders so as not to get too much of anything...but I really liked the extra that it added. :) #3206217
