Zimmer Power

Description

These pipes were part of the exhaust system of the Zimmer.

The Zimmer is a powerful car with an eight cylinder engine with headers, the exhaust was then ported through the sides of the hood and down to the exhaust pipes.

If you are not familiar with a Zimmer, it is similiar in style to the old Stutz Bearcat from the late 1920's. Hope that helps....

This looks and sounds like quite a car and hopefully, someday you will post a picture of it as a whole!? I was/am not familiar with it -- just a tad surprising, since Jon, my Ex was SOOOO into vintage cars. I do know the Stutz Bearcat, though! This is evidently QUITE a beauty judging by that polished chrome and I would love to see the rest! Great shot with awesome composition Ray, and those reflections really "rock!" #3149771
