Pretty colors, and I like the cropping.William Johnson June 06, 2006
Thank you Rachel for your comments and pointing out the correct name. I will insist, on calling it a lily, for some reason. Bill J. #2860012Rachel E. Slepekis June 06, 2006
No worries, some names are just easier to remember...right or wrong : ) #2860041Ugur Erkmen June 06, 2006

Thank you Laura. Bill J. #2861025Nadya Johnson June 06, 2006
Gorgeous, Bill! The blues are totally "divine"! I don't think the one petal slightly out of focus hurts: when you're in that close, it's going to happen. Anyway, the eye is drawn to the clearly focused patterns on the petal to the left: the patterns are spectacular! Nice shot! #2861827H. Scott Wallis June 06, 2006
Great shot... I love flowers.... #2862288Carol Teal June 06, 2006
Very nice Bill; it really stands out against the dark background. A very beautiful flower, whatever it is called! Funny how we get stuck on a name sometimes...Justin's first teacher this year at school (before they changed him to another class) was Mrs. Campbell, but over and over I called her another name that began with a "C", can't even remember what now. Justin kept saying...remember the soup! #2862313William Johnson June 07, 2006
Thank you for your very nice critique Nadya. I had intended that the striped petal to the left was to be the main point of focus. Glad you like it. Bill J. #2862850William Johnson June 07, 2006
Thank you very much Scott. Flowers can make very nice subjects can't they?William Johnson June 07, 2006
Thank you Carol. I seem to have a lot of dark background shots being posted lately, don't I? Bill J. #2862866Ray Clarke June 07, 2006
