Hey, Thanks, Gail! This was shot early on a foggy morning and I may have let the sky get to light, but just can't keep my fingers off those contrast sliders :-) I also added a little grain to give it an old time feel. #2852517Carla Metzler June 05, 2006 0

Great image, Steve!! Wonderful composition and tones! #2859519Nadya Johnson June 06, 2006 0
Missed this (along with way too many others..) Steve, this is "Beyond Words!" ABSOLUTELY marvelous! I would say, it's "transcendental," crossing all boundaries of time and place to represent a slice of time or State of Being most of us can recognize at once whether we've been "lost and on the road" or only wished we were (or feared we might be, later!) Your effects really do the trick: the lighting and the grain are perfect! 5-star work!! #2859987Michelle Lea Guinn June 06, 2006 0
Love it Steve!!! Fantastic b&w image!!! mlg~ #2860004Steve Mescha June 06, 2006 0
Thank you ALL for such positive feedback on this! I've had this shot stashed away for quite a while because something always bothered me about it. I finally figured out it was the COLOR! #2860955Marsha S. Smith June 06, 2006 0
This is so super. Looks like a clip from an old movie. Adding the grain was genius! #2861539Wendy Stevenson June 07, 2006 0
