Down in the Blooms

The statue of the girl looked so sad, surrounded by such beautiful flowers. The contrast of colors seemed to match the contrast of mood. Ft Worth, Botanical Gardens, Texas BP Photo Shoot.

Richard, nice contrast of colors and mood. Great composition, kind of a sideways rule of thirds. Great shot brother. #2748637Tammy Scott May 11, 2006

Thank you Roger!! #2810085Cora Miller May 30, 2006
Richard, this is excellent! The cold blue stone and sad look in opposition to the cheerful warm colored flowers creates tension and holds the viewer's interest. The compositional and DOF choices you made are equally well done. All attention is focused exactly where it needs to be. Great image! #2834220Richard P. Lussier June 05, 2006
