cat in the shade

Description

The cat was sitting under the chair for shade and to keep from being trampled. It was taken in the afternoon, late summer as I recall, in our horse pen at home. Used zoom.

Taylor, I appreciate you picking this one to comment on. It is the oldest one in my gallery, I think. I've deleted others to make space, but I kept this one because I think it is adorable. I love his eyes looking up. This kitty only lived to be about six months old. He was a wonderful creature. We were very fond of him. He made friends with everybody. He died trying to make friends with the dogs in the dogpen. That happened on Kevin's birthday. Rather traumatic. This is what we have left to remember him by. I'm glad we have it. #4543351
