I like this one Patricia... how far away were you when you snapped this? #7762

Damian, I was very close. Last year when they had this annual festival, it was right after Sept. 11 and for the first time in a long time (or maybe ever) they could not fly the balloons (airspace was restricted). They had to remain tethered. So this was the best I could do in taking shots of them. Piper and I are planning to go to this year's, which will be held next month, and hopefully, the balloons will get to take to the air! #11728

Cool Tony, Patricia!

Too bad they didn't fly.
