This humorous Louisiana balloon was among those at the Plano (Texas) Balloon Festival. Applied the "crochet art" filter (part of Harry's Filters) in PS Elements.

Thank you, Carolyn, Colette, Murry, Larry and Carol! You know, they were charging $250 per person for a ride of less than an hour! Way too expensive for me! Not that I'd be brave enough to go in one of these even if it was cheaper. :-)
