Muito Obrigado Su,
Carnival in Belgium is a very important event, mainly in the center of the country, it is a real festival. Everybody disguised feel like being able to do everything they usualy can't... and it happens everywhere at different periods..
One of the most important and known is BINCHE in Belgium, and La louvière is just far from about 15km from Binche...
