Long Forgotten

Uploaded: September 08, 2003

Description

Taken with a 28mm lens. 200 asa color film. Scanned into Photoshop as a color negative. The photo was taken mid afternoon. I'm not sure what the shutter speed or fstop was set to. It was a bright day so I took the exposure settings off my jeans in sunlight. The negative was still overexposed. So I decided to desaturate the image. I used Sumi-e filter on the hills, sky and brush around the cabin and car. Then added texture to the house. Burned in metal on the car and the tin roof.
