HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUSTIN

Uploaded: February 16, 2006

Description

Putting this on today in memory of my son. He would be 25 yrs old today. He was killed in a car wreck on April 29 2000 at the age of 19. All work done in Photo explosion deluxe and MGI Photosuite 4. The bigger picture of him was taken when he was 1 yr and 10 mos. The flowers we had put at the front of our church in honor of his one year after open heart surgery. The picture in the bottom right was taken when he was two. He was wearing the suit I made him. The picture in the left corner was taken a little over a month before he got killed. Pictures take with different cameras. Putting it under the first camera that his biggest picture was taken with. Happy Birthday Justin. I love you and miss you. Wish I could give you and big hug and a kiss.

Kay, this story has just broken my heart for you and your family. I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost a loved one just two years ago, and I know how painful it is. This is a lovely tribute to him and a wonderful birthday wish. I'm sure it made him smile!

What a beautiful, emotional tribute to your son. He still lives, through you, and now lives in us, because of you. "To live in the hearts of those left behind, is to never die." You have so wonderfully shared your love for your son with us, through this beautiful tribute to him. He would be very proud of it if he could see it, and of his Mother dedicating it to him. Perhaps he does, and is...... #2426579

Thank you everyone for all of your wonderful comments on my photo of Justin. It really made my day. All of your comments really were special. I had tears in my eyes reading each one. This is why I love the better photo site because of all the support and caring from everyone. All of you are so special. It is something a parent shouldn't have to go through but it isn't up to us when to let them go. I know one day I'll be with my son again along with my father and husband of 27 yrs that I lost not long before Justin. Justin passed away one year to the day my father did. My husband died 11 mos before Justin. We never know what a day will bring so we must cherish each one of them. We can never take to many pictures of them. I have hundreds of pictures of my three kids and I'm so glad I do. I look at them and seems just like yesterday they were that little. I can picture Justin sitting here with that flower in his hand. He was such a wonderful little boy and had grown up to be a fine young man of 19. He had taught me so much on the computer. I have that to thank him for. Thank you again. All of you are wonderful. #2430875

Thanks for sharing your amazing son with us, and sharing your pain as well. From his pictures, I see a young man with a beautiful spirit. One that we know can never be replaced. So sorry for all your loss in one year. Yet glad you have all the memories in your photos. A reminder for me to try to pin down my kids as often as poss. to capture those moments on film. :) #4426245
