Description

A.P. f22, 1/125th sec., ISO 800, E.V. -.70,.
Nodding Thistle, as is from camera. These things are so cool. They get to be about 6' tall and as the flower head becomes heavy the stem bends a little so the flower is at about a 90 deg. angle to the vertical. When the wind blows it looks like they are nodding up and down. Funny when there are a lot of them in a group, looks like they are all agreeing with one another.
