Roberta, the original image is a view from my balcony door thru the deck railing to the woods beyond. The deck has a vertical picket railing, and these pickets became the "spokes" under distortion (polar coordinates). I then increased the color saturation and modified the hues slightly toward "blue". (PSE3) - Mac #2412275
