I applied Simplifier #3 to this, and I think I'll post the shot without the filter too. With the heat here, I felt like digging up something cool from my files. :-)

Oh, and JF: There actually IS snow in Hawaii. The volcano mountaintops have snow in the winter and there's skiing. LOL! #179674

Hi JF. I have never seen the Hawaiian snow in person, but I have seen funny T-shirts and bumper stickers that say: "Ski Hawaii!" I did an Internet search and found an interesting site that says you can ski and surf in the same day on the Big Island and it shows some photos. It's at http://www.coffeetimes.com/snow.htm. LOL! #179741
