Very cool subject, great shot and incredible work on the pedestal. I really like the colour you choose and the plaque is perfect!! Well done Steve! So how big is this skeleton?? It looks to be very small!! #2359543

Steve Mescha January 31, 2006

Thanks, Gail, Jenny, Janet, Bobbie, and Wendy. You all must think I'm completely nuts, LOL! The mouse skeleton is only 4.5" long from nose to tip of tail. I couldn't help think he looked like a dinosaur in a museum. I'm learning PS tricks from a book called "How to Cheat in Photoshop" by Steve Caplin. It has great tips on getting blended images to look real :-) #2359915

Wendy Stevenson January 31, 2006

Description

Macro shot with some added details. The pedestal was created in PSCS by filling paths with color, and dodging and burning the shadows and highlights. The photo was shot from a tripod in natural light.
