Lonely Farmstead.
Uploaded: January 11, 2006
F/16, 1/60s, 59mm, ISO-400, handheld. Duplicate layer turned B&W with the barn erased back to color.
This shot was taken outside of Champaign Illinois. Lots of old family farmhouses dot the landscape. This one appears to be lived in, which is getting to be less and less normal...

Now that is a shot of Big Sky :-) Nice shot marty! #2275145Ken Cole January 11, 2006
Nice shot, Marty. I am sure it is intentional but I really like so much open sky that adds to the feeling of the loneliness that you wanted to convey. B&W helps too... #2275951Martin J. Preslar January 11, 2006
Thanks Milutin, Jill, and Ken!Milutin: Interesting similarity in the two pictures a quarter world away!
