I really like this photo. Where in SF was it taken? Is it a temporary thing?

This memorial was dedicated several years ago and is a permanent exhibit. There is more than just this lone, life size figure but I felt it was too intense to be displayed here. The site is in Linclon Park, just outside of the Palace of The Legion Of Honor museum and overlooks the GG Bridge and out to the Pacific Ocean. A moving, disturbing and memorable sight. #2274043
