Big Red suffered a fatal heart attack. She was a great queen and for many years she and her 3 sisters ran our flock providing us with lots of eggs and humor. She was great at knocking on doors and asking for treats and keeping the other ladies in line. She would like to be remembered by everyone eating pepperoni pizza, (Her favorite). It remains to be seen which of the other ladies are going to take over the flock.
