Up the Fern

Description

For photogroup101's "shoot straight up" theme day. There's a rock wall behind our house with some ferns growing out from it. I put a wide angle lens on the camera and held it under the fern pointing straight up. After looking at the first image, with the sun in it, I upped the aperture to f/22 to try for a sunburst, then held the camera in the same place...lucky me.. Happy Theme Day

I love straight up images through the foliage - especially when they get such a cool sunburst. Well done. #11801342

Yup, that is super cool! Love the sunburst and the whole "little creature looking up at the big world" feeling! #11801377
