The Gambler

Description

You got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em ... The Gambler sung by Kenny Rogers isn't really about a card game but it's about handling what life gives you & playing the hand you're dealt. Lately we have been dealt a pretty lousy hand of circumstances. So we stay home stay safe & make the best of it. I used an old album cover together w/ a model to finish out the scene. I used a very shallow dof to hide other objects in the room. Among Rogers many talents, he also had a passion for large format view photography spanning 40 years. He said “I am an impulsive obsessive. I impulsively get involved w/ something & then I get obsessed with it." (1938-2020) I can relate can you? :)
