Description

As you are all aware, NYC had been experiencing the worst of the coronavirus. After weeks of being indoors and going stir crazy, I decided to venture out yesterday. The huge (478 acre) Green-Wood Cemetery is a beautiful and historic cemetery here in Brooklyn which, despite its proximity, I had never visited. I thought it would be a good time to visit as I would probably not encounter a lot of people there, at least living ones. This is the first photo I took, and the only one I've had a chance to view so far. It's not a great photo but I like it because, even in a cemetery and in the midst of this pandemic, the spring flowers signal a renewal.
