As Harvey hammers the Gulf Coast of Texas... here in the DFW area it has been very quiet. Yesterday we had a narrow window for a sunrise as you can see - Lots of clouds and humid air is being pushed our way from the hurricane that provided this photo-op.

Incredible look Jeff. I love that dark sky looking so ominous. The the way the sky lights on fire just above the trees. That glow makes it look like the sky is on fire. Then the perfect timing of that sun right at treetop level. I am so amazed at the perfect roundness of it with no blur. Stunning, beautiful, look so well captured. #11634023
