Having Lunch

Just as I was getting ready to get a close up of this dragonfly, he flew up between my face and the camera, and then back down. Not until I was getting ready to focus again did I realize he had flew up by me to capture his lunch, a white moth of some kind, I think. It was a good thing that I was ready, because it didn't take him many seconds to wolf down the meal! Canon Mark II, Canon 100mm L macro lens, KX-800 twin flash with a DIY diffuser. Settings f16, 1/90, ISO 200.

Thank you, John. Yeah, it happens to us as we get older, but I am thankful to have lived as long as I have! <>< #11615249Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
