Entered for People, August 15, 2016.
This photo has had a Topaz Impression 2 filtered applied to give it a pencil sketch appearance.
This man was on horse back and I met up with him in Gould, Colorado at a general store where he was munching on an oreo cooky. He was on his way via horseback to the Redwood Forest in California. He expected to get there in January and as this photo was taken in August he apparently would be riding his horse for another four or five months. His story was that he has been riding his horse across the US for thirty years and this particular horse, named Angel was his third horse. The other two had died, presumably through the course of his thirty year travels. Life is fascinating don't ya know?
