Oh Richard, you really nailed this one!!! Looks like you had recently grabbed something, as it appears like feathers in his claws. I go to Chincoteague (and Assateague) when I visit the Eastern Shore too, and just last month was able to get an eagle in flight picture for the first time. It is an awesome place to take photos of wildlife. National Geographic just named the top 6 National Wildlife Refuge, and this was the first one they named! <>< #1658429
