I met him when I was about 7 years old when my Dad was writing a children's book. It was about a boy who dreamed of being in the circus, on a submarine, playing basketball with a pro team, etc. He took pictures of my brother with Meadowlark and got him a sweatshirt autographed by the team...I used to love watching them with that whistling song they always played :-) #11417842Karen E. Such a GREAT tribute. I watched him live in awe of his skill as a child. With the basket stationary and background with the feeling of movement, you capture his spirit and love of the game. I will never forget his famous half court hook. #11417868John Connolly December 29, 2015
