This sculpture of children's television legend and Pittsburgh native Fred Rogers sits on an observation desk on Pittsburgh's North Shore. He is tying his shoes, as he did at the beginning and end of every episode of "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood." The statue is adorned by the city's keyhole-framed skyline that serves as a backdrop..
