Tres Amigos (Whale Sharks)

Whale Sharks are not sharks but are the largest fish in the world. The Georgia Atlanta Aquarium is the only aquarium in the Western Hemisphere to display these elusive gentle giants. The Aquarium that houses them is the largest in Western Hemisphere is 284 feet long, 126 feet wide and 30 feet at its deepest. It hold 6.3 million gallons of water and the glass is 26" thick. The aquarium now has 4 whale sharks (3 seen here with 1 reflection and a Manta ray below).
