Langford Homestead, at Walcha.

This old 2 story building was built in 1903. It has 22 rooms and a 5 story viewing tower on the side of the building. It is open for tours, but we didn’t have that much time to spare. There was some talk about staging an ”Opera in the Bush” in the grounds of this estate at one stage.
I love the self-powered lawn mower and automatic fertiliser on the front lawn.

Gord's right, John: That dull, dilapidated, ramshackle, broken-down, garden-variety, long-past-its-heyday mansion by itself isn't any big deal.David Phalen April 15, 2015
