Description

11.20.05 - Boulder Field at Hickory Run State Park. If this summer is any indication, it's a bit difficult to get a nice sky (sans polarizer) at this location so as soon as one popped up, I went to photograph it. In cam = +all, PS edits = basic plus +1 hue and +1 sat. Finally, one location where I have to "break the rules" in order to get any kind of decent shot. During sunrise and sunset, the rocks tend to get washed with color evenly - to the extent that it's hard to get any definition out of them (the shadows actually help with that problem) - this was shot a few hours before sunset as a result.
