Description

I'm sure he saw me creeping closer....

I used Photoshop's Oil Paint filter for the ripple effects in the water, plus NIK color filters.

Exif: F Number: 8, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/2500 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 640, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 180.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 5D Mark III
