Ben Franklin Parkway
Uploaded: March 28, 2014
----
This is a view of Philadelphia's City Hall from as I was traveling on Ben Franklin Parkway.
-----
The 36-ft tall statue atop City Hall is that of William Penn, the City's founder, by sculptor Alexander Milne Calder.
And just in case you wonder, the protuberance you may be sneering at is a scrolled deed!!!
