This 2 stitch panorama was taken at 1/250th f11.0 and ISO-320. I change the sky in CS5 also.

The dreamtime legend of the 3 Sisters.
A very long time ago there were three sisters called Meenhi, Wimlah and Gunnedoo, whose father was a witch doctor called Tyawan. The only creature feared by all was the Bunyip who lived in a deep hole. When Tyawan had to feed the Bunyip, he would leave his daughters on a rock cliff for their safety. One day while waiting on the rock, Meenhi was frightened by a big centipede, so she threw a large rock at it. The rock rolled over and crashed into the valley. The birds and animals stood still as the rocks behind them split open, leaving them in a thin shelf.
The Bunyip emerged from his hole and saw the terrified sisters standing there. Tyawan saw the Bunyip close to his daughters, so he pointed his magic bone at them, and turned them to stone so they would be safe. The Bunyip then chased Tyawan and found himself trapped , so he turned himself into a Lyre Bird. Now everyone was safe from the Bunyip, but Tyawan had dropped his bone. After the Bunyip had gone, Tyawan searched everywhere for his magic bone, but he couldn’t find it, and he is still searching for it today.
The Three Sisters stand silently watching him from their ledge, hoping he will find the bone and turn them back into aboriginal girls again. As you look at the Three Sisters you can hear Tyawan (the Lyre Bird) calling his daughters as he continues searching for his bone!

Oh Boy! I remember this spot from my one-and-only visit to Australia back in 1981. If memory serves, I rode a cable car across a deep gorge from which the "Sisters" can be seen.

Thanks for the great memory. Beautiful scenery, John. #11004643
