Ritz-Carlton Residences

On Broad Street in Center City Philadelphia, near City Hall. Very posh apartments. The only downside is that when you walk out of the building, you are almost invariably hit with a strong whiff of raw sewage. Unbelievable.

It's hard to believe they'd have the crappy smell outside the Ritz-Carlton. But they can't control their environs. Pretty view, Michelle! #1562187Gord MacEachern February 04, 2014

Beautiful comp. and colors. That would be a draw back. LOL On my picture today yes we were running around in the mountains in the snow and ice. But the snow was not deep. I get cabin fever and have to get out. LOL #10965981R. J. Laudenbacher February 04, 2014
