This guy would make water drops in-between the retardant drops. The Metolius river nearby so he did not nave far to go.

There was three tankers making retardant drops and one helicopter making water drops between the retardant drops. Each tanker could make two drops before it had to go back for a refill. #1562063Monnie Ryan February 03, 2014
