So, here's the original. I used the prism in Topaz lens effects, which I'd never had occasion to try before, to multiply the train. Then upped the detail, saturation, and such and created a sort of panning effect in which only the trains remain in sharp focus. #1556646JO ANN CLEVELAND December 20, 2013
