This is for Dale's Challenge and here is one more #1553806

LOVE these!!! I just mopped all the muddy paw prints off my floor thinking it will last till Thanksgiving-the joke's on me! :)

I like the detail of the snowflakes in the fur and how the snow has turned a muddy brown. In the first one-there are parts that are a little blurred. Would it make sense to crop that part out? I don't know-I love the whole paw too.

With the second one-you might want to brighten up the snow-make it a bit whiter.

Great idea Beth! I'm working on mine tomorrow:) #10906414

Now I have to go find out what Dale's challenge was. I am sorry in my absence or sort of absence for a while. I had a second A-fib episode near the end of October that required a trip to the hospital by paramedics and have had a couple of EKG's since to see if what she has me on is right. This week they are putting me on a Holter monitor that I have to wear over Thanksgiving. It didn't stop me going to the mountains to see the wolves again but I was tired afterwards.

Beth -- Of the both of them I like the "paw" one the best. I used to love getting Sampson's paws. You really captured just how cold it was out there and how much fun your he must have been having. Did you take a before and after picture of your floor when he came inside???

Both are really cool, Beth. #10906538

I really like the first one because I had no idea what it was-but also, the texture of the wet fur is great. #10906547

I like them both, as well, but prefer the friendly paw. I thought the original might be a bear.

Debbie - sorry to learn you've gone through an A-fib episode. That must have been scarey. I hppe you can ease up and take care of yourself, especially through the holidays. #10906558

Yup, that's mighty mucky Beth! Glad my two cats conduct themselves in a much more lady-like manner.
Sorry to hear about the afib Debbie and hope they can get your meds balanced so you no longer have these episodes. My dear wife has been wearing a chemo pump for the past week connected through a portacath into her arteries. That has now been removed but now she has 5 weeks of radiation. As for me I have hypertension pills, high cholesterol pills, early dementia pills, baby aspirin pills and just for laughs giant multi-vitamin pills! More profit for big pharm :0) #10906648

Thanks everyone, I did some edits for you Elaine. Susan these are the paws of my "Little Girl" a 105 pound chocolate lab. Usually her belly is worse because she had to run through the really deep mud holes regardless of the temp... I was lucky to get her to hold still to do these.
Debbie I hope you are feeling better and they can tweak your meds!
Peter, I hope your wife is not too miserable and the meds are doing their job. Prayers for all of you...
Happy Thanksgiving to all! #10906741

Nice work on these Beth. We threaten to just spray our dog with Endust and let him clean the flores as he runs around as it is impossible to keep him clean anyway. I also prefer the full paw shot and the edited versions look good. #10907128
