Great geometric find Rita. I like the hint of shadow. Since the leaves are there you might try punching up the saturation a bit on them to give a bit more zip to the image. Not sure if that will make it better or not as it is fine as presented because of the symmetry. #1553710

I like your edit. This is great with all the angles and leading lines in this one. It looks like an arrow pointing to the leaves. #10906197

Yep-I like the edit too! #10906415

Rita -- Looking down is often better than looking up or turning around. Plus, it garnered a very interesting image. Looks like you had a ball this fall with all your varied shots. Great image here...is it going in Elements of Design? #10906513

Great eye to catch and capture this, Rita. The edit brought it to life for me - can almost feel the wind that pushed the leaves to the corner. Cool image! #10906557

And I bet passers-by stared at this strange lady photographing dead leaves!
You have been coming up with a wonderfully varied selection of images Girl and the edited version works for all the reasons the others have mentioned.
very nice. #10906618

thank you so much I have had some fun trying to capture some unusual images this fall. Susan the wind was pushing pretty hard that day. that has been the toughness with getting any shots this fall was really windy.

thank you peter for the encouragement and for noticing. #10906727
