Out here in the boondocks, we can judge a farmer's wealth by the number of silos he owns. ;) This looks like a very prosperous farmer indeed.

Joy, Gary and Deb, thank you all for the comments. Not only does Mr. Gail have many silos, but they are the tallest silos I have ever seen. I am a city boy but come from a farming family on both Mom and Dads sides. I've seen a lot of silos and these are the biggest I've seen yet. #2051471

Ken thanks for your time and comment. I agree we have similar interests in photography. I would say the main difference is what is available for subjects, and you seem to get around a lot more than I do. You assume correctly, I live in northern IL. about 100 miles from Chicago. #2136174
