Description

While in San Antonio for Scott Kelby seminar at supper at Boudro's Bistro on the Riverwalk and had as my Hors de Oeuvre the Black and White soup. Black Bean and White Cheddar with peppers and bottle white wine. Delicious but wait until you see the main course tomorrow.

Well this is one way to get a delicious meal going. I have never had red beans till I moved down south here and do enjoy their flavor. I love it with rice, but this looks so good Emile. Can't wait to see the main course my friend. #10833167
