While merging slowly (in heavy traffic) onto the Interstate in Philadelphia, I had a moment to lift and focus my camera on this interesting view of the city Skyline.

There is much going on in this photo. Construction on the new South Street Bridge (built 2010) spanning the Schuylkill River continues from a barge below.

I think the high contrasty capture has some interesting eye appeal.
